Repeat Prescriptions

Can be collected two full working days after the repeat request slip has been received at the surgery.  Repeats can be requested by

• bringing the slip in personally
• post
• fax to 01403 823017
• e-mail to rudgwickdispensary@nhs.net
• filling in the online form below

Please note that we cannot process repeat prescriptions by telephone.
