Repeat Prescriptions

Can be collected FIVE full working days after the repeat request slip has been received at the surgery. This gives us sufficient time to process your request and to prepare your medication if we dispense to you. We may need to ask you to have tests - such as a blood test or blood pressure before we can reauthorise and issue your medication.

Repeats can be requested by

• bringing the slip in personally
• post
• registering for SystmOnline services/the NHS app and then use the link above or on the home page (please ask at reception about registration) 

Please note that in the Airmid/NHS app it may state that your medication status is "issued" after your request. This does not mean your medication has been prepared by our dispensers and is ready to collect. We will still need five working days from request to issue to allow us to safely prepare your medication.

 Please note that we cannot process repeat prescriptions by telephone. 

Please allow five working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. Any problems please telephone 01403 822103 during surgery hours 0800-1830 Monday to Friday.
